Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Jawwws Bytes platform, including all short links, QR codes, offline engagement assets, workspaces, domains, and related services. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

By using Jawwws Bytes, you agree to comply with this policy. We may update it from time to time and will notify users of material changes.

You must not use Jawwws Bytes to:

• Engage in, facilitate, or promote any illegal activity under the laws of England and Wales or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Conduct or support phishing, malware distribution, scams, impersonation, fraud, or deceptive redirects.
• Create, host, or distribute harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or infringing content.
• Bypass suspensions, bans, or other platform restrictions, including creating new accounts to circumvent enforcement actions.
• Misuse branded domains or QR codes for deceptive, misleading, or impersonation purposes.
• Send or distribute spam through links, campaigns, or any other platform feature.

You are responsible for the destinations, content, and campaigns you create through Jawwws Bytes. This includes ensuring that:

• Destination URLs are lawful and do not point to malicious, harmful, or illegal content.
• Content associated with your links, campaigns, and offline engagement materials does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• You do not use the platform to create links that are intentionally misleading about their destination.
• You have the necessary rights and permissions for all content you submit, upload, or associate with the platform.

You must not:

• Perform security testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning against the platform without our prior written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform beyond what is permitted by our API and published documentation.
• Use automated tools or scripts to abuse, overload, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure or other users' access.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you.

You must not:

• Use the platform to unlawfully collect personal data about individuals through links, landing pages, campaigns, or any other mechanism.
• Use analytics or engagement data obtained through Jawwws Bytes in a way that violates applicable data protection law.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected breaches of this policy and to take appropriate action, including:

• Issuing warnings to account holders.
• Disabling individual links, QR codes, or offline engagement assets.
• Suspending or restricting access to workspaces or accounts.
• Removing content that breaches this policy.
• Permanently terminating accounts.
• Cooperating with law enforcement, regulators, or other authorities where required or appropriate.

Where there is an urgent risk to users, the public, our infrastructure, or the company, we may take immediate protective action without prior notice.
